Wade has been my go to contractor for over 3 years. He has remodeled my laundry room, basement, and recently completed a master bedroom renovation for us. We completely gutted the room by removing the existing bath, sauna and closet. To keep the project price down Wade did all the work himself.  He moved the plumbing, moved some walls and did all the electrical work. None of the work was subcontracted. We were also able to do a few odd jobs (demo, painting, cleaning) to keep cost down and it never seemed to be a problem for him. Since we ordered most of the items we wanted, Wade was able to patiently work with us and rearrange his schedule as some items we ordered got held up and work got delayed. Wade is punctual, reliable and trustworthy.

The entire job went more or less exactly as planned. Wade was very punctual and responsive. He had a great attitude throughout and was a real pleasure to work with. Wade was great about making the process as painless as possible, and even issues that inevitably rose up from time to time were made to feel like no big deal and fully within his control and capacity.
